Competence Matters Ltd, our suppliers, advertisers and our personnel are completely dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service.  We will process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible and delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, dependent on the product or service being acquired.  Details are contained within the product information provided.

At Competence Matters Ltd all of our assessors are industry certificated and through our unique learning portal you can view their credentials and qualifications at any time.


An important development for Competence Matters Ltd is our unique learning portal.  At the core of our services is an internet-based competence management portal. This online tool allows you to manage your employees’ portfolios, submit evidence and review progress at a time and place that suits your needs.  This unique tool has enabled Competence Matters Ltd to achieve a very proud candidate retention rate of 93%.

Guarantees

All original products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee for a period of 12 months.

The guarantee provided by Competence Matters Ltd specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse.
